ABG (Association Bernard Gregory) is a non-profit organization founded in 1980. Its mission is to bring together PhD holders and employers in France and worldwide. To be more specific, it helps PhD candidates and PhD graduates from all scientific fields to navigate their career. It also helps companies recruit PhD holders.

Our services for PhD candidates and PhD holders:

  • Training and coaching on career development and international mobility: career planning, job search strategy, efficient communication for the recruitment process, training on the development of a professional network and marketing of research experience and skills, intercultural training, cross-border career training, training of supervisors.

  • An innovative online skills portfolio, DocPro, to help them to pinpoint the skills they developed during their doctorate and to increase their communication efficiency with employers, especially by giving appropriate examples from their own experience.
